We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Free return shipping unless shipping was freight or for unusually large or heavy items (e.x. fenders, rear differentials)

We have the sole discretion to decide if we will accept a return or not! 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, primarily those that require freight shipping and any custom order item

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier if you did not receive the package. We send tracking information once packages are shipped and delivered. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier. We are unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.

Engine Guarantee 

30 day Guarantee on Engine!

Engine is guaranteed to turn, the cylinder block is not cracked, and the cylinder head is not cracked

Engine warranty details:
Engine is warrantied for 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery
Any maintenance items such as gaskets, fluids, seals, filters, spark plugs, belts, aluminum bolts (the ones holding valve cover, oil pan, etc.) are not warrantied and must be replaced
Failure to replace valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, new bolts for said gaskets voids the warranty
Any aftermarket or performance parts or software present on the car voids the warranty
Engine components such as timing chain, vanos gears, vacuum pump, chain guides are not warrantied. Other engine components external to the cylinder block and cylinder head are not warrantied.
Any parts left on the engine are not warrantied and are for installation convenience only, buyer assumes all risk and responsibility reusing them.
Overheating engine voids all warranties, Low oil or oil starvation voids all warranties for engine
All work must be performed by a licensed, ASE certified mechanic shop or BMW dealership, failure will result in voiding all warranties

Upon receiving the engine, prior to installation a compression test must be performed and time stamped photos sent to us!

The nature of used car parts has a risk of simple failure to function properly and customer assumes said risk

Compatibility is the responsibility of the customer to ensure!!

We have the sole discretion to decide if an order falls within the requirements of the warranty or not 

Warranty covers the cost of the item! It does not cover shipping or labor!

If engine states that it is a “core” then it will be sold as is
